We're so close to the end, we can taste it!
It's official - Lee has given up on Resident Evil and continues to drive in circles. This time in Forza 6 and Forza 7, just add some variety, and keep things fresh. As for Kyle... Well, he has taken #terrorTober way to seriously. Finishing Blair Witch, horde mode in State of Decay 2, completing AfterParty and then finishing the story of Halo: Reach with Simone.

There is a pile of something coming out...
It looks like bad news for Star Wars: Squadrons as it drops by twenty places in our weekly game play charts. Colour us surprised. But not really.
Which game are you looking to playing on the Series X when it arrives? We have a list of Series X optimised games, 31 games so far! Time to get seriously hyped!
Doom: Eternal gets its first DLC in The Ancient Gods - Part One, which looks amazing. Drive monster trucks, set up tower defences, and play Madden's little brother in Axis Football 2020. One game that piqued our interest is Macrotis: A Mother's Journey - it looks absolutely stunning.

You can now play Skyrim on a toaster. Because playing Skyrim on your fridge is so 2019...
Forza 7 blazes onto the charts thanks to coming to GamePass. And of course, Lee gets sucked into driving around in circles again. Microsoft shows off the super impressive auto HDR coming to old gen games on the Series X. Oh, and we have a growing list of games that run at 120 FPS on the new beast.
This week, you can play ice hockey, pretend to be a G.I. Joe and fly bi and triplanes! But you'll really want to go dungeon crawling in Torchlight III. Oh, and we get to relize our dreams of cooking amazing food in Cook, Serve, Delicious! 3?!

We're almost halfway through #terrorTober and its now time to figure out our lives.
Lee actually starts Resident Evil VII and has to Google how to kill zombies. Spoiler alert: you shoot them in the head. This is why you shouldn't play games with your eyes closed. We even have an update from Producer Paul! He is playing DOOM (2016). As if that's not enough, he is playing on Nightmare difficulty while one hundred precenting every level! Good on you Paul! All while Kyle decides to finish Blair Witch...

EA Play is coming to GamePass for the Series X launch and we finally get to play The Sims! We are beyond excited for this. GamePass continues to be the best thing to happen to gaming. More news is arriving about the benefits of Xbox and cross-gen saves, including Smart Delivery and free Series X upgrades. And hold the phone - Apple TV+ is coming to Xbox to trade blows with Netflix and Disney+. It's happening!

New games have you racing around in Ride 4, kicking balls in Fifa 21, racing some more in Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2 and fighting aliens in Ben 10. Did you know, Kyle knew nothing about Ben 10? Luckily Lee is here to rescue him.

Fifa 21 comes out, but in classic EA fashion leaves us super confused with what version you can play, when, on what platform and for how long. Crash Bandicoot 4 jumps into reality for the nostalgia hit. And stick around for a sneaky peak behind the scenes of the Star Wars Squadrons Alpha. We have some thoughts on this game...

Who would have thought throwing money at Microsoft was so hard?
Join us as we regale our pre-order stories - who got a new Xbox, who almost missed out and who didn't even bother.

In the most shocking and disruptive gaming news in forever, Microsoft has bought Zenimax Media, and by extension Bethesda! From "having no games" to having "all the games", we go over the media reaction to this. And question those who have suddenly changed their tune from 'Exclusives are good on PS4" to "please Microsoft, don't make DOOM exclusive!" Phil is not playing around this generation, and Xbox looks to be making all the right moves.
Halo 3: ODST crash lands onto Game Pass for PC in the Master Chief Collection, along with Halo 3: Firefight. Lee get's excited about a new tennis game, but we wondering if he's spent too much time in the net... Drones can now be raced in a super simulation way, so we can all pretend to be great drone pilots in The Drone Racing League Simulator, while Crossy Road meets trains in Unrailed! And just incase none of those perk your interest, you could always travel back in time to the 1930's and try your hand at being an old timey ganster in Mafia: Definitive Edition.

The Series S, pre-orders, and even the New Xbox Experience!
What do we think of all this news? You'll just have to listen to find out. For some fun, we take apart the specs of the Series S and Series X, and what they mean. We cover the new Xbox dashboard now that it is out, all our thoughts and critiques. And of course, we have normal gaming news. News like EA Play coming to Game Pass!
Releasing on the Xbox this week, we have everything from football (or soccer for the rest of the world) to a dog based tactical strategy and even some farmers who shoot each other with corn. We wish we were joking about that last one! Biped is the new couch co-op game that will test your friendships. There is even this little game from 2007 that is out now and promises to melt consoles and PC's alike. It could be non other than Crysis Remastered!
