What have we been playing for the last two weeks? The answer may, or may not, surprise you!
But the answer is indeed very little. It seems we have hit that part of the year where real life is taking over... But we still have some fun stories from our wonderful Game Story Master - Simone!
Simone has been playing Cities: Skylines and things don't seem to be going so well... But then do they ever? Kyle and Lee harp on about how difficult The Black Armory content in Destiny 2 is. Lee has spent way too much time in Anthem for it to be healthy. Kyle is really, super duper excited, in a big way, about Satisfactory (which you so totally have to check out!) and Lee gets really bored of The Sims 4. So much so that he leaves the room. Bye Lee.

With GDC kicking off, the news cycle is starting to kick off. Sorta.
Maybe.
The big news this week is of course Google Stadia - the new game streaming service from Google that runs right in your browser. Hey, we never said it was a good idea either... And all this talk of game streaming prompts more details for XCloud to come out, and so far, its looking like Microsoft and Google are gearing up for the long fight.
You can now, sort of, stream games from your PC to you Xbox. Halo MCC will share progress between PC and Xbox, but is still not a Play-Anywhere title, strangely enough. Xbox Game Pass is losing 4 games, while teasing newer, updated titles to come.
In the Nu part this week, prepare to die many times in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice and learn how to properly pronounce Tyd Wag Vir Niemand.

The mists are starting to clear, and out of the fog appears a brand new episode of NuNews!
And boy do we have news. All the news from Inside Xbox along with the random news that pops up over the week. Halo on PC! Yes, you heard that right! Halo fans can rejoice as Halo: The Master Chief Collection is making its way to PC, allowing fans to finally Finish the Fight! And it doesn't stop there, Halo: Reach is coming to The MCC too!
Xbox Game Pass is getting a new addition, One Piece has a brand new game, special sound on Xbox, and more! Oh my!
The launch titles should not leave a division in your mind on which ones to look forward to as The Division 2 launches. And we even get a little fancy with the beer. Sort of.

Surviving a few weeks with not many games played that is!
For some reason, our heroes have found themselves short on leisure time... Which means you get to listen to Lee talk about Destiny and Anthem for days! Kyle has decided to check out Surviving Mars after its many updates, which almost turned into a brand new game. Along with even more Mass Effect: Andromeda. Do you get a space vibe? We get a space vibe... Simone is still trying to find the Mayor's Purple Pants and serving aliens in Stardew Valley while Lee remains unimpressed with The Division 2 Beta.

Looks like we have gone to Venus to get the beer this time...
NuNews for the week of March 4th and it looks like all the news is waiting for GDC which is coming at our faces very soon!
Lee loves his gameplay charts, and this week nothing is causing waves. Which causes Lee to go looking at the UK Game Charts where we find Anthem is still number 1... Theres news of Xbox Game Studios acquiring yet another studio, Microsoft looking beyond consoles and Apex Legends hitting 50 million players!
And a new month means new Games with Gold! A few new games have gotten us excited with this round of free games, including another original Xbox game! And of course the big release for this week is Devil May Cry 5.

In the news this week, we go over Lee's beloved game chart from our friends over at TrueAchievements.com, get super excited about Final Fantasty coming to Xbox in glorious 60FPS and speculate about Game Pass coming to the Switch. In fact, Game Pass looks like it could be coming to any internet connected device. Are you ready to play Skyrim on your smart fridge? Halo on your dishwasher? Cuphead on your phone? Actually, that would be a great fit...
For the new games this week, Kyle actually did some research! Can you believe it? Because we can't... From defending the universe in 8 Bit Invaders, to taking over the universe in Stellaris, we have the games you need to know about.

GAMEFACE!
Remember our "What Have We Been Playing?" section? Or our "Games Played This Week"? Or as Lee put it "So what have you been playing Kyle?"
No? Ok, never mind! Onwards.
Strap in for this episode, as the entire Xboxcast have managed to find themselves addicted (or at least playing excessively) Rocket League! From Kyle driving into Lee, to Lee swearing at Kyle, and Simone yelling at everyone, much fun was had and we even have proof on Mixer! Simone is still struggling to satisfy the aliens in Stardew Valley (I thought this was a farming game?), Kyle and Lee did their first Destiny Nightfall together - which is a cause for celebration, and Lee has even played the indie game of the year - Celeste. What did he think about it? You'll just have to listen to find out.

This week we want to clothe ourselves in Xbox Onesies, we're sad about at least one game leaving Xbox Game Pass, but manage to console ourselves with a few new games coming to Xbox Game Pass! Final Fantasy IX has arrived on Xbox & Windows 10 and Crackdown 3 gives everyone a brand new bonus pack for free. Daddy Duck says "Quack! Quack!"

This week, we step up our BOOM with the launch of Crackdown 3! Jump on JUMP FORCE, Exit the metro with Metro Exodus and see the dawn of a new Far Cry. And thats just on Friday! Its am massive week for game launches.
And now for the news... Apex Legends is the most played game. Period. We can all go home now. Its done. With 25 million players in the first week and being the most watched on Twitch, it looks like the sun might be setting on Fortnite... Old games are new again with Icewind Dale, Baldur's Gate, Planetscape: Torment and other classic RPGs coming to Xbox. Activision earns a record profit and celebrates by firing close to 800 people.
We have also decided to be beer critics. For the reasons that we have. It might not be such a good idea...
