The new games this week are out of this world!
Because The Outer Worlds is finally here! Are you playing it yet? Tell us what you think about it.
Big next-gen news as Aaron Greenberg says Xbox Scarlett will do 4K 120 FPS. Or did he? We go into his comment and what it means. A new Xbox Live Product Marketing Director has been found in Harvey Eagle, who hopes to drive more business in the EU region. And finally - you can now change your Gamer Tag to anything you want thanks to Xbox adopting the Discord-like usernames. Speaking of, do you know we're on Discord? Join our server for a bunch of fun!
And this week we have a fantastic line up of games being released. From off planet Fallout-esq The Outer Worlds (which is getting rave reviews) to shooting your friends in the face in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. We've reached our midway point in #terrorTober, and Lee has chosen to play... Surviving Mars.
Yes, you read that right! The city building strategy game is Lee's chosen #terrorTober game.
Make sure you're following along as we conclude #terrorTober on next #GameFace. Why, you ask? Because The Outer Words arrives and that sounds like a lot more fun than struggling through a scary game.
With that in mind, Simone updates us on Oxenfree, which sounds like an amazing game! Lee does some critique of Blair Witch, which could almost make us game reviewers now... In the news this week we have duel of the fates as Apple begins selling the Xbox Controller. You better believe it! Mike Ybarra leaves Microsoft after 20 years, and we wish him all the best for his new endeavours. Oxenfree sees a big push from Xbox Game Pass, which is awesome news for the future of indies. And don't forget to begin your pre-load of The Outer Worlds!
As for new games, well whats old is new again (and to be honest, we're actually pretty excited about it!) with Planetscape: Torment, Icewind Dale, Baldur's Gate and Baldur's Gate II all arriving on Xbox in their Enhanced Edition flavours! And there is also the very interesting looking Return of the Obra Dinn. Seriously, check out that art style!

Time to get frosty with the release of Frostpunk on Xbox!

NuNews takes a less creepy tone considering we're in the Halloween month, and actually brings you some interesting and (maybe) factually correct news this week! I think thats the real horror story here. Destiny 3 is not coming any time soon, Modern Warfare sees a massive boycott and pre-order cancellation and Google Assistant now talks to Alexa to talk to Cortana to get your Xbox to turn on... Oh, and beta invites for this little thing called Project XCloud are starting to roll out. So make sure you get on that!
As for the new games, the underwhelming Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint Ultimate Edition arrives, Destiny 2 goes back to the moon in Shadowkeep (moons haunted), We Were Here Too has us very interested and what every calls Ghostbusters 3 comes at us in the form of Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered.

Welcome ghouls and ghosts to #terrorTober...
We kick things off with naming our very cute, but he's also totally scary, mascot for #terrorTober. Introducing Unemployed Gary! He's going to stick with us while we play our scary, spooky and creepy games over the month of October. Thanks Unemployed Gary! And then we end up getting really nervous and sweaty telling you guys what games we're going to try and play during the most stressful event ever taken part in.

Tacoma, Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, Gears 5, Pro Evolution Soccer and Creature in the Well all feature in this episode as we slowly get back to normal. What do we think of Gears 5? With Kyle still suffering a broken thumb, its up to Lee and Simone to have a game off!
Lee is building his house in Minecraft, and getting distracted with the mining part. Simone is becoming a city planner in Cities: Skylines. It seems this is the week for building!
But thats not all - Lee has jumped into the Ghost Recon: Breakpoint beta and has an interesting review of it while Simone has discovered the awesome Creature in the Wall, thanks to Game Pass. And Kyle even has some thoughts on it.

After a week off, Lee has his husky voice on. We hope you like it.
Since we missed the last week's episode, we have a lot to update you guys on. From watching the Game Play charts jump around - thanks to the monster that is Gears 5 - to testing out the latest update of the Xbox dashboard. Then we have realistic fishing sims creeping up on us to boot. What a wild ride.
Speaking of rides, two new games to keep an eye on is Truck Driver and Bus Simulator. You'll be piloting your very own big rigs in no time. Along with helping folks get around a city. So really - win win!
